About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power Platform components, CRM customization, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Experience working in Banking and Financial Services projects is highly preferred.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline business processes, and integrate seamlessly with banking applications and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business process flows, custom actions, and integrations.

- Configure and customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.

- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.

- Develop custom integrations between Dynamics CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, effort estimation, and solution implementation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.

- Collaborate with testing teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployments.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

- Hands-on experience in CRM customization and configuration.

- Experience developing custom plugins using Plugin Registration Tool.

- Experience with CRM data migration and deployment activities.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.

- Good understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.

- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.

- Experience in Customer Engagement Module (CEM).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications will be an added advantage.

Domain Experience :

- Mandatory experience in Banking and Financial Services projects.

- Understanding of retail banking processes, customer onboarding, customer servicing, loans, deposits, cards, or digital banking platforms is preferred.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
