Job Summary:

We are looking for Digital Banking Testers with strong experience in manual and/or automation testing within agile delivery environments. The role will validate digital banking and channel products across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end scenarios, with attention to transaction flows, user journeys, APIs, data and downstream systems.

Candidates should have deep practical exposure to digital banking products and be able to independently design test cases, execute complex scenarios, identify defects and support release validation. The hiring input emphasizes in-depth experience in manual/automation testing and strong expertise in digital banking and channel products; candidates with 5 - 6 years of focused domain exposure will be particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute functional, SIT, regression and end-to-end test scenarios for digital banking channels.

- Validate customer journeys, transactions, integrations, APIs and downstream data behavior.

- Perform manual testing and contribute to automation where applicable to the assigned product.

- Manage defects through triage, retest and closure with clear evidence and reproducible steps.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, release testing, test reporting and production validation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Overall experience range provided : 4 - 8 years, with the requirement emphasizing 5 - 6 years of in-depth testing exposure.

- Strong manual and/or automation testing experience in an agile environment.

- Strong expertise in Digital Banking and channel products.

- Good test-design, defect-management and end-to-end validation skills.

- Ability to work with APIs, integrations and banking transaction scenarios.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Automation experience using common web/mobile frameworks.

- Exposure to internet banking, mobile banking, payments or related digital-channel products.
