Job Summary :

We are looking for a DevOps Administrator with strong administration and operational experience in Jenkins and Kubernetes. The requirement is specifically for an administrator-oriented profile rather than a purely development-focused DevOps engineer.

The role will manage CI/CD platforms, deployment environments and container orchestration components used by application teams, while ensuring stability, access control, configuration consistency and operational readiness. The incumbent should understand the complete DevOps lifecycle, be able to troubleshoot pipeline and cluster issues, support application deployments, manage routine platform maintenance and work with development, infrastructure and security teams in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and support Jenkins environments, jobs, agents, plugins, credentials and pipeline infrastructure.

- Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, namespaces, workloads, deployments and related platform components.

- Support CI/CD release activities, deployment failures, environment issues and operational incidents.

- Maintain platform configurations, access controls, monitoring, documentation and routine housekeeping.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure and security teams across the DevOps lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of relevant DevOps / platform administration experience.

- Strong hands-on administration experience in Jenkins and Kubernetes.

- Good understanding of CI/CD lifecycle, release workflows, Linux and containerized deployments.

- Ability to troubleshoot pipelines, cluster workloads, configuration and environment-related issues.

- Profile should be oriented toward DevOps administration/operations rather than only application engineering.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Exposure to scripting, infrastructure automation, observability and enterprise security controls.

- Experience supporting regulated or high-availability production environments.
