About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer specializing in Banking Application Testing to drive intelligent test automation and AI-powered quality engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Test Automation, and Banking Domain applications, particularly Digital Payments and Core Banking platforms such as Flexcube.

The candidate will work closely with QA, Product, Business, and Development teams to design and implement AI-driven testing frameworks, improve test efficiency, and ensure the quality of mission-critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI & Test Automation :

- Design and develop AI-powered testing solutions for banking applications.

- Build intelligent test automation frameworks using AI/ML techniques.

- Develop automated test generation, test optimization, and defect prediction models.

- Implement self-healing test automation capabilities.

- Integrate AI solutions with existing QA and DevOps processes.

- Analyze test execution data and generate predictive insights.

Banking Application Testing :

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of banking applications.

- Validate Digital Payment systems and Core Banking applications.

- Participate in UAT and production validation activities.

- Ensure compliance with banking and payment industry standards.

- Analyze business requirements and create effective test strategies.

Data & AI Model Development :

- Develop and fine-tune Machine Learning models for testing use cases.

- Work with structured and semi-structured data sources.

- Build AI models for anomaly detection, risk prediction, and defect analytics.

- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and AI model documentation.

- Support production releases and post-deployment validation.

Required Technical Skills :

DevOps & Tools :

- Git, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, JIRA, and Agile Methodology.

Mandatory Domain Experience :

Banking Domain :

- Strong experience in one or more of the following : Core Banking, Flexcube, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking.

Digital Payments :

- Knowledge of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, ATM Switch Systems, Payment Gateways, and Merchant Payments.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with GenAI-based testing platforms.

- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Knowledge of Banking Regulatory Compliance.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Exposure to Performance and Security Testing.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
