Job Description :

- Should have minimum 3+ years of support experience. FCCS exp is mandatory along with Oracle EPM

- Manage Oracle EPM/EDM Cloud Instance upgrades and patches

- Perform IPC activities in the same platform

- Perform Periodic HA Backup and recovery testing

- Configure and maintain role-based access control (RBAC)

- Handle User Provision and de-provisioning.

- Maintain and troubleshoot data integrations with ERP System.

- Resolve connectivity issues between EDM and source system

- Create and maintain application specific views, hierarchies, and mappings.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align metadata across ERP, EPM and reporting systems.

Functional Knowledge : Strong understanding of financial processes and business acumen.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Oracle EPM tools, including data integration, scripting, and reporting.

Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
