We are seeking an experienced Pigment Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise planning and reporting models using the Pigment platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into scalable models, dashboards, and workflows that enable effective decision-making across finance, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Pigment models to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

- Collaborate with FP&A, Sales Ops, and other functional teams to translate business requirements into Pigment solutions.

- Build and optimize dimensions, metrics, datasets, and calculated measures within Pigment.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and what-if scenarios for business stakeholders.

- Manage data integrations with source systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) using Pigment connectors or APIs.

- Ensure data accuracy, model performance, and governance within the Pigment workspace.

- Support UAT, end-user training, and documentation.

- Stay updated on Pigment product enhancements and recommend best practices for modeling and performance optimization.
