About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Epicor Technical Architect with deep expertise in Epicor/Kinetic ERP development, upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading technical delivery, driving architecture decisions, and managing large-scale Epicor upgrade programs within an enterprise factory model environment.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in Epicor ERP customization, BPMs, Epicor Functions, REST APIs, cloud refresh activities, and multi-tenant upgrade projects, along with solid expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture and technical delivery for Epicor/Kinetic ERP projects

- Manage multiple Epicor upgrade and cloud refresh engagements simultaneously

- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture governance

- Lead POD teams and coordinate with offshore/onshore stakeholders

- Conduct daily status calls, sprint reviews, and delivery tracking

- Ensure project delivery quality, timelines, and technical compliance

- Support tenant management, environment refreshes, and deployment activities

- Review technical solutions, code quality, and system performance

- Mentor development teams on Epicor best practices and standards

- Collaborate with business and functional teams for requirement analysis

Mandatory Epicor Skills :

- 35+ years of strong hands-on experience in Epicor/Kinetic ERP

Extensive experience in :

- Epicor BPMs (Method BPM / Data BPM / Function BPM)

- Epicor Functions

- BAQ (Business Activity Queries)

- Epicor REST APIs

- Epicor DMT

- Solution Workbench

- Migration Workbench

Experience handling :

- Epicor/Kinetic upgrade projects

- Cloud refresh activities

- Multi-tenant environments

- Customizations and integrations

- Strong understanding of Epicor architecture and deployment processes

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise ERP environments
