Epicor P21 Developer - ERP Integration

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Epicor P21 Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP development, particularly with Epicor Prophet 21, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

This is a remote, full-time role suited for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain customizations, enhancements, and integrations for the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop reports and dashboards using SSRS and other reporting tools.

- Write efficient and well-structured code using .NET/C#, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Manage and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.

- Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.

- Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 4 - 10 years of overall experience in software development, with 3+ years specifically working on ERP systems.

- Proven experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is highly preferred.

- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly .NET/C#.

- Expertise in SSRS, MS SQL Server, and relational database design.

- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
