Epicor Kinetic Functional Consultant

Key Skills & Competencies :

- 7- 8 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Epicor ERP, including recent, exposure to Epicor Kinetic.

- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and finance domains.

- Experience with Epicor configuration, module setup, and functional testing.

- Solid knowledge of Epicor Kinetic UI, Application Studio, and workflow automation.

- Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on custom solutions.

- Familiarity with BAQs, BPMs, and Epicor Reporting Tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Epicor Functional Certifications (Kinetic preferred).

- Experience working with multi-site, multi-entity Epicor environments.

- Experience with Epicor Cloud/SaaS deployments.

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Kinetic Functional Consultant with 7- 8 years of strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epicor ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge across key business areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and production planning, with recent hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead and support full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations and upgrades, particularly in Epicor Kinetic.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Configure Epicor modules to align with business processes and industry best practices.

- Provide functional support for modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and CRM.

- Facilitate user training sessions, testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.

- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and functional design documents.

- Collaborate with technical teams on BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and customizations.

- Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements
