Job Role : DevOps Automation engineer.


Job Location : Bangalore/Chennai.


Experience : 5+ Years.


Job Roles & Responsibilities :


- Build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines for enterprise-scale software delivery.

- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot software across hybrid and public cloud environments using orchestration tools.

- Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams to uphold quality, performance, scalability, security, and resilience.

- Develop scripts and tools (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.) for automation, cloud deployment, and code quality.

- Design and enforce DevOps best practices: version control, automated testing, configuration management.

- Define and validate software infrastructure solutions; ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and standards.

- Produce and maintain design documentation, requirement specs, and operational guides.

- Communicate technical insights and guidance to engineering teams and business users.


Job Skills & Requirements :


Education :


- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- 5+ years in software development lifecycle roles, especially in DevOps/automation.


Technical Skills :


- Proficient in Windows and Linux environments.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, others).

- Scripting skills : Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell.

- Container platforms : Docker, Kubernetes.

- Cloud deployment : AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud (hybrid setups).

- Infrastructure-as-code/automation : Ansible or equivalent.

- Version control systems : Git, GitHub workflows.

- Familiarity with code analysis, test coverage, and database technologies.

- Strong troubleshooting across full infrastructure stack.

- Enhance monitoring, reliability, and reduce deployment failures.

- Maintain documentation and adhere to infrastructure standards.
