Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to define and drive end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, scalability requirements, and long-term technology strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technical architectures across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise applications, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Translate business requirements, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements into scalable technical designs.

- Evaluate architecture alternatives and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, platforms, and integration patterns.

- Design distributed systems, microservices architectures, API-driven platforms, and event-driven solutions.

- Establish architectural standards, design principles, reusable components, and solution governance practices.

- Drive cloud architecture decisions across public, private, or hybrid cloud environments.

- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product leaders, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and security architects.

- Lead architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, technical assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

- Identify technical risks, architectural dependencies, legacy constraints, and opportunities for modernization.

- Define integration strategies across enterprise systems, third-party platforms, data platforms, and business applications.

- Guide engineering teams on implementation approaches, design trade-offs, coding standards, and technical best practices.

- Establish technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

- Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption based on business value, feasibility, and total cost of ownership.

- Mentor senior engineers, technical leads, and architects while promoting architecture excellence across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 17 - 25 years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, and solution architecture.

- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and API-led design.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Expertise in system integration, messaging systems, event-driven architecture, and enterprise application connectivity.

- Strong understanding of databases, caching, data flows, application performance, and scalability.

- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability, and reliability engineering.

- Experience with identity management, application security, data protection, and compliance requirements.

- Ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs involving performance, maintainability, cost, and complexity.

- Experience leading architecture governance, technology modernization, and enterprise-scale implementations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading architecture for large-scale, business-critical enterprise systems.

- Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.

- Experience working with distributed engineering teams and senior business leadership.
