Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to define enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, technology strategy, and solution design. The role will involve owning the technical architecture of complex ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, security, integration, and alignment with enterprise technology standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the overall ServiceNow architecture and technical strategy for enterprise implementations.

- Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions.

- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow architectures.

- Design enterprise workflows, application architecture, data models, integration frameworks, and platform components.

- Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal, and other relevant capabilities.

- Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.

- Establish architecture standards, design principles, development guidelines, and governance frameworks.

- Review technical designs, customizations, integrations, and platform implementations delivered by development teams.

- Identify opportunities to minimize unnecessary customization and maximize the use of ServiceNow out-of-box capabilities.

- Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, performance, availability, and scalability requirements.

- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and implementation partners.

- Assess existing ServiceNow environments and recommend modernization, optimization, and platform improvement strategies.

- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, implementations, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

- Conduct architecture reviews and identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential performance bottlenecks.

- Mentor senior developers, technical leads, and engineering teams on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

- Define technical roadmaps and contribute to long-term ServiceNow platform strategy.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10 - 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and architecture.

- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application development, workflows, and integrations.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM and enterprise service management processes.

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise application ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of data architecture, security, ACLs, roles, and platform governance.

- Experience designing solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrade strategy, application lifecycle, and customization management.

- Experience conducting architecture reviews and technical design assessments.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to lead technical teams and drive architecture decisions across large programs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or other advanced ServiceNow certifications.

- Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.

- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow transformation or global implementations.
