Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of frontend architecture, backend services, application security, performance optimization, and software design principles.

As a Lead Developer, you will play a key role in designing technical solutions, mentoring team members, driving architectural decisions, implementing best practices, and delivering high-quality, secure, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and NestJS

- Write reusable, testable, scalable, and efficient backend code.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs for frontend services and third-party integrations.

- Build secure authentication and authorization systems using JWT and role-based access control.

- Integrate external services, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

- Implement logging, monitoring, caching, and error-handling mechanisms.

- Optimize API performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

Database Management:

- Design and maintain database schemas and data models.

- Work extensively with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Optimize database queries and indexing strategies.

- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and high-performance data access.

Cloud & DevOps:

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

- Work with AWS services for hosting, storage, monitoring, and scalability.

- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.

- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

- Write comprehensive unit tests.

- Ensure high test coverage and maintain code quality standards.
