Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of relevant experience, specifically in the credit card domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Franchise and Legal solutions related to credit card services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.

- Analyze Agile features and break them down into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams including development, QA, product owners, and business users.

- Collaborate with the Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.

Skills and experiences required :

- Credit card domain

- Business Analyst (Level -3)

- Experienced candidate having more than 8 years relevant experience as Business Analyst

- Experience on credit card domain with background on Franchise and Legal solution for same domain

- Should be able to understand Agile features and prepare stories out of it

- Good communication skills and good team player with Scrum Agile background

- Should be flexible to contribute on manual test execution on need basis

- Should be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders to understand and analyse requirements

- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience working as part of a Scrum team is essential.
