Overview of Team and position :

The applicant is expected to specialize in one or more of the areas dependent on qualifications and client demand.

Key accountabilities and duties :

- Ensuring backlog is refined and ready for development

- Drive development (scoping and defining) of (complex) features

- Do refinement/grooming/execution on user stories

- Dependent on team need use mocks, user stories, MIGs, API specifications,mapping of fields

- Become Subject Matter Expert on one of the above topics by reading relevant literature such as rulebooks and day to day literature.

- Support PO/PM in prioritizing backlog of a development team in accordance with the prioritizes of the Chief Product Owner.

- Support PO/PM in driving a development team together with Scrum master

- Support and give input to Roadmap visions for future development

- Perform demos and act as a Subject Matter Expert towards customers.

- With the team deliver estimates on features

- Contribute in creating our next generation of product documentation

- Travel to meet and clarify customer specific business requirements.

Key experience & competencies :

- Experience as business analyst

- Stakeholder management skills

- Can act as Subject Matter Expert.

- Can turn business requirements into epics/features and user stories.

- Agile methods and the role as product owner (e.g. experience as Scrum Product Owner)

Desirable :

- Experience from Payments industry

- Experience with development of transaction-based systems within the financial sector

- Experience with handling releases

- A general understanding of high-performance IT systems
