- 8-12 years of experience in full-stack software development with strong backend and frontend ownership.

- Expert-level knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and integration patterns.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end toolchains.

- Experience with Kafka, OKTA, and enterprise security/integration frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and data modeling.

- Experience in AWS services and cloud-native deployment strategies.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

- Competence with observability tools: Splunk, ELK, Jaeger, etc.

- Experience with WebLogic or other J2EE application servers.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other open-source Java frameworks.

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices optimized for performance, maintainability, and security.

- Lead and participate in enterprise integrations using Kafka, REST, OKTA, and other security/integration protocols.

Frontend Development :

- Develop rich, responsive UI applications using React.js.

- Architect and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) solutions for modular, scalable front-end development.

- Ensure high-quality UX through performance optimizations and clean component design.

Database & Workflow Integration :

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries on PostgreSQL and Oracle.

- Integrate backend and workflow engines such as Camunda with application services.

DevOps, Cloud & Deployment :

- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy using CI/CD pipelines.

- Work with AWS services such as S3, EKS, EC2, and related cloud infrastructure components.
