EPAM - Generative AI Architect - RAG/LLM

Role Overview :

GenAI Architects who are application developers and architects first, with deep expertise in building production-grade GenAI solutions.

What You'll Do :

- Design end-to-end GenAI architectures for enterprise clients (RAG, Agents, Multi-Agent Systems)

- Build reusable solution accelerators and reference implementations

- Lead technical discovery and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams

- Define evaluation frameworks and best practices for LLM applications

Required Experience (12+ Years) :

Core Skills :

- Strong application architecture and system design background

- Expert Python with production-grade code quality

- Microservices, Design Patterns, FastAPI, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka

GenAI Expertise :

- Production experience : Agents, MCP, RAG, Agentic RAG, GraphRAG

- Strong knowledge : LangGraph, LangChain, orchestration frameworks

- Practical understanding : LLM Evaluation, RAG Evaluation, Prompt Management

- Delivered scalable, production GenAI applications

Infrastructure :

- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes

- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

- LLMOps practices and monitoring

Preferred :

- Traditional ML background (feature engineering, model training, evaluation)

- Knowledge Graphs, fine-tuning experience

- Prior consulting or client-facing roles
