We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to define, design, and govern large-scale, mission-critical enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technology execution, ensuring architecture alignment across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and integration layers while enabling scalability, resilience, and long-term transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design :

- Define end-to-end solution architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security layers.

- Translate business strategy and requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.

- Design enterprise-wide architectures aligned with industry standards and best practices.

- Ensure architectural consistency and reuse across programs and platforms.

Stakeholder & Business Engagement :

- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and IT leadership to understand strategic objectives.

- Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders and executives.

- Present architectural options, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Technology Governance & Standards :

- Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and reference architectures.

- Review solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines.

- Govern technology decisions to minimize technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability.

Cloud, Integration & Platform Architecture :

- Design hybrid, multi-cloud, or cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Define integration patterns using APIs, ESB, event-driven and microservices architectures.

- Guide data architecture including data lakes, warehouses, analytics, and master data management.

Security, Compliance & Resilience :

- Embed security-by-design principles across all architectures.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and industry standards.

- Define non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery.

Delivery & Execution Support :

- Provide architectural leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Resolve complex technical issues and guide solution optimization.

Innovation & Transformation :

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs.

- Drive adoption of cloud, AI, automation, and platform-based architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or engineering roles.

- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise systems.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and system integration.

- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Deep understanding of microservices, SOA, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

- Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and integration platforms.

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
