About the Role :

- We are hiring a Staff Enterprise Architect to own the architectural vision for a new suite of enterprise-grade products spanning Salesforce, integrations, CPQ/Billing, and internal business systems.

- You will design the target-state architecture, define standards, and influence engineering teams across multiple geographies while partnering with senior product leaders.

- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one product building, complex system design, and long-term strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities :

Greenfield Architecture (Major Focus) :

- Architect brand-new enterprise products including CRM extensions, Q2C systems, billing, revenue platforms, and enterprise workflows.

- Define end-to-end architecture for new integrations, new automation frameworks, and new application ecosystems.

- Build reusable blueprints, frameworks, and accelerators for new product lines.

Salesforce Architecture :

- Architect solutions across Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, and custom platform capabilities.

- Define scalable multi-cloud Salesforce implementations with clean integration pathways.

Integration & Automation Architecture :

- Build modern integration frameworks using Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms.

- Architect event-driven systems, API-first design, and enterprise automation workflows.

Enterprise Architecture Leadership :

- Define the overall enterprise application strategy for newly built systems.

- Establish architectural standards, governance, and modernization roadmaps.

- Conduct architecture reviews and guide senior engineers and architects.

Product & Business Collaboration :

- Work closely with product leaders to turn business vision into new platform capabilities.

- Evaluate technologies, run PoCs, and make build-vs-buy decisions for greenfield initiatives.

Required Experience :

- 15+ years in application/enterprise architecture; 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.

- Experience in new product/platform development (zero-to-one initiatives).

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ/Billing, CRM, multi-cloud implementations.

- Strong expertise in iPaaS tools (Workato/Mulesoft/Boomi).

- Proven ability architecting Q2C / O2C and revenue workflows.

- Experience defining architecture for greenfield or large modernization programs.

- Ability to influence engineering teams at scale without direct reporting lines.

- Strong cloud, API, and integration background.
