Job Title : Enterprise SaaS Applications Administrator
Shift : US Shift (Must be available to work during US time zones)
Work Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Coimbatore (Hybrid)
Experience Required : 12+ Years (Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience is mandatory)

Mandatory Skills & Experience :
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience and a strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS Applications Administration and Operations, specifically :
1. Google Workspace Administration
2. Slack Administration
3. Zoom Administration
4. Box Administration
5. LDAP Administration
- Handling Employee Onboarding and Manual Offboarding Requests
- Managing Slack Apps and Google Marketplace
- Processing Slack Channel Share Requests
SSO Integrations (OKTA) :
- Strong familiarity with identity and access management practices
Key Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of escalations from the Ops team and provide timely resolution
- Review and improve existing runbooks, identifying and filling operational/documentation gaps
- Act as a point of contact for advanced technical escalations, coordinating with the Identity Engineering
team as needed
- Ensure SLAs are met by escalating appropriately and tracking resolution timelines
- Collaborate with non-technical users, internal teams, and 3rd-party vendors
- Perform day-to-day SaaS platform administration at scale
- Maintain operational excellence through thorough documentation and automation (where applicable)
Preferred Attributes :
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and operational SLAs
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Customer-focused and able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Able to work in high-volume environments and manage multiple concurrent tasks independently
- Ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues without hand-holding
Work Environment :
- Hybrid working model expectation to work from office as per rotation or shift model
- Work independently on SSO integrations in OKTA
- Review existing runbooks and identify gaps to improve them
- Work independently to triage, process, resolve operational requests & take escalations from Ops team.
- Escalate to Ops team and Identity Engineering team for advanced support and commitments to request SLAs.
- Possess technical knowledge, training, and experience, consistent with high professional and industry standards and will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
- Hands on experience with SaaS administration at scale. Able to work independently at triage and resolution of incoming requests of the team.

- Self-motivated and quality-driven, work professionally and collaboratively to resolve customer requests with attention to detail.
- Good customer service spirit, confident working on operational tasks, and interacting with non- technical users and 3rd party vendors across a wide variety of applications.
