You will be responsible for building contextual, domain-specific data demos, proof-of-value pipelines, and production-aligned data solutions that demonstrate the strength of our platform and accelerate enterprise adoption.

This role is ideal for a hands-on architect or lead engineer with deep expertise in distributed systems, data governance, and cloud-native platforms, who possesses a product mindset and the ability to align technical solutions directly with customer business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

- Customer Engagement and Storytelling : Collaborate closely with Sales (primarily APAC and EU regions) to understand prospect needs, architectural limitations, and pain points. Tailor and deliver technical product demos that use storytelling to connect our platform capabilities directly to the prospect's real-world challenges.

- Technical Authority : Serve as a technical authority during enterprise sales engagements by validating solutions, customising demos, and addressing technical objections, ensuring alignment with the customer's existing data ecosystem.

- Asset Development : Lead the development of generalised demo frameworks and domain-specific use cases tailored for key verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, and Retail assets will highlight critical capabilities like data quality, lineage tracking, and profiling.

- Product Feedback : Provide structured, actionable feedback to Product Management regarding platform capabilities, usability enhancements, and feature requests based on firsthand interaction with prospects and their environments.

- Market Intelligence : Maintain a current understanding of competing platforms and technologies to support the creation of technical comparison matrices and value differentiation.

Requirements :

- 10- 15 years of experience in a technical data role.

- Proven experience in customer-facing, consultative roles within enterprise environments.

- Deep technical knowledge of distributed data systems, including data lineage, data quality, governance, profiling, and transformation.

- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and data-related technologies.

- Hands-on expertise with one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing data pipelines using modern data stack tools.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate customer expectations into compelling technical narratives and deliver executive presentations.

- Experience with Data-as-a-Product, Data Mesh, or Data Fabric concepts.

- Familiarity with data governance, security, and regulatory compliance frameworks (e. g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Exposure to AI/ML enablement and advanced analytics pipelines.
