Experience - 5-8 years.

Solution design & Development :

- Hands-on experience in customizing Alfresco Content Services (ACS), Alfresco Process Services (APS), integrations, and extensions to meet business and content lifecycle needs.

- Develop customizations using Java, Spring, JavaScript, XML, and REST APIs.

- Implement Alfresco Extensions (behaviors, actions, web scripts, content models).

- Build and manage workflow solutions using Activiti / APS.

- Writing HLDs, LLDs, and test cases,

- Define & configure content models, metadata, constraints, types, and aspects.

- Implement business rules, automation scripts, and folder structures.

Integration :

- Integrate Alfresco with external systems using :

a. REST / CMIS / Web Services

b. SSO (OAuth, SAML, LDAP, AD)

- Build custom UI components in Share, ADF (Alfresco Development Framework), or Angular.

Deployment & DevOps :

- Configure & deploy Alfresco in onprem, cloud, or hybrid environments.

- Work with Tomcat and prominent DevOps build tools like Maven/Gradle.

Support & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot performance, indexing, and repository issues.

- Work with Solr, Elasticsearch, log analysis, monitoring, and patch updates.
