Job Description :

We are looking to onboard an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in IT/Tech strategy engagements within the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate should have 8- 12 years of relevant experience and be willing to travel to the Middle East for long-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities (not limited) :

- Experience in evaluating existing IT landscapes, identifying gaps, and recommending future-state architecture and implementation across Application/Data/Business/Technology.

- Develop enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with healthcare business goals, focusing on interoperability, patient-centric systems, data exchange, and digital health.

- Drive IT strategy formulation, target operating model design, and large-scale digital transformation roadmaps for hospitals, government health entities, and insurance providers.

- Design and govern architecture across applications, data, technology, and infrastructure layers,

- Ability to define and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Understanding of TOGAF framework, principles, and methodologies for architecture development.

- Experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives using Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Qualifications :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare technology and systems.

- Consulting background (preferably in Big 4) with client-facing delivery experience.

- Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF etc.)

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to travel/deploy to the Middle East (especially KSA/UAE) for long-term assignments.

- TOGAF (or any other EA) certification (preferred)
