Enterprise Architect - TOGAF

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (Manager/Sr. Manager) to design and implement scalable, secure, and future-ready enterprise systems. This role requires strong leadership, technology vision, and the ability to align IT architecture with business strategy. You will partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and cloud adoption across the enterprise

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, blueprints, and technology roadmaps.

- Align IT strategy with business goals through effective architecture governance and stakeholder engagement.

- Lead architecture initiatives covering cloud, microservices, data, integration, and API ecosystems.

- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies to support innovation and digital transformation.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to provide technical leadership, guidance, and reviews.

- Establish best practices for enterprise integration, data architecture, and cloud migration.

- Provide thought leadership in architecture strategy and mentor solution architects and technical leads.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT (Masters degree preferred).

- TOGAF (mandatory) or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.

- Strong expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms.

- Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, data architecture, and integration frameworks.

- Deep understanding of enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and security frameworks.

- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Middle East clients and business environments.

- Knowledge of DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and AI/ML integration.
