About the Role :

We are looking for a visionary and highly technical Enterprise Architect to pioneer the architectural blueprint and execution strategy for our upcoming SuperApp Marketplace. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the structural integrity, scalability, and security of a high-concurrency digital platform.

You will champion the orchestration of a cutting-edge multi-cloud ecosystemintegrating our core financial services hosted on Azure with an advanced Agentic AI Layer powered by GCP. If you excel at designing distributed microservices, event-driven streaming frameworks, and autonomous AI agent ecosystems at a massive consumer scale, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :

- SuperApp Architecture Blueprint : Author and maintain the foundational enterprise architecture blueprint for the high-concurrency marketplace platform.

- Agentic AI Reference Architecture : Design and oversee the reference architecture for an ecosystem of autonomous AI agents utilizing LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.

- Multi-Cloud Integration : Establish a seamless, highly secure multi-cloud integration framework spanning Azure (AKS, PaaS) and GCP (Vertex AI, GKE, Data platforms).

- Event-Driven Microservices : Define standard patterns for distributed systems, incorporating Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and high-throughput streaming (Kafka, Flink).

- API & Partner Integration Standards : Standardize robust, scalable open API specifications to ensure secure and efficient partner plug-and-play onboarding.

- Security & Zero-Trust Framework : Architect end-to-end security models grounded in Zero-Trust, focusing on granular IAM, data encryption, and robust regulatory compliance.

- Technology Governance : Implement and monitor technology scorecards defining strict SLOs, KPIs, and architectural risk assessment metrics.

Required Experience & Technical Expertise :

- Experience : 10 to 15 years of deeply technical experience in Enterprise Architecture and high-scale distributed systems. Proven track record within the Fintech, Banking, or Digital Platforms domains.

- Consumer Applications : Extensive background building and managing high-scale consumer applications with strict high-concurrency demands.

- Architecture Patterns : Advanced knowledge of Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event-driven system design.

- Azure : Expert-level deployment experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and PaaS native services.

- GCP : Direct experience leveraging Vertex AI, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and scalable cloud data platforms.

- Data & Streaming Infrastructure : Production-grade mastery over message streaming and distributed caching layers using Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, and NoSQL engines.

- AI/ML Frameworks : Deep conceptual and practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Agentic workflows.

- Security Architecture : Solid background designing Zero-Trust architectures, identity governance (IAM), and enterprise data encryption strategies.
