About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions across SAP and cloud ecosystems. This strategic yet hands-on leadership role requires a strong foundation in SAP architecture, cloud platforms, and modern integration practices. You will partner closely with CXOs, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and govern enterprise architecture strategies across SAP, cloud, and integration landscapes.

- Lead architecture design for SAP platforms including ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.

- Architect hybrid and cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Enable microservices-based architectures, API-led integration, and event-driven systems.

- Partner with business and IT leaders to align technology with strategic objectives.

- Evaluate new technologies and lead PoCs to guide adoption of emerging solutions.

- Ensure architecture compliance with security, scalability, and resilience standards.

- Lead architecture governance processes, roadmapping, and reference architecture development.

- Provide technical leadership to solution architects, developers, and project teams.

- Engage with vendors and systems integrators in complex multi-vendor environments.

Required Qualifications :

- 10 - 15 years of experience in IT/Technology leadership, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles.

- Proven hands-on expertise in SAP architecture and deployment in large-scale environments.

- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- In-depth knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, and data architectures.

- Experience designing enterprise-scale systems with a focus on security, resilience, and scalability.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing C-level executives.

- Background in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods is a strong plus.

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have) :

- TOGAF 9 / TOGAF Standard

- AWS / Azure / GCP Certified Solutions Architect Professional

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

- ITIL 4 Certification

- ArchiMate Certification

- SAFe / Certified Agile Architect

- CISSP / CISM (for security architecture)
