Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior AI & Low-Code BPM Expert with strong experience in Pega and/or Camunda, combined with hands-on exposure to AI-driven automation solutions. The candidate will drive end-to-end design, development, and integration of intelligent process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and implementation of BPM solutions using Pega / Camunda

- Architect and integrate AI-driven workflows (chatbots, decision engines)

- Translate business requirements into BPMN/DMN models

- Build and integrate AI/ML services into workflows

- Define solution architecture for low-code + AI systems

- Mentor junior developers and review deliverables

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Pega or Camunda

- Expertise in BPMN 2.0 / DMN

- 5+ years in AI/automation (NLP, chatbots, decision engines)

- Java / Python, REST APIs, Microservices

- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Good to Have :

- RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere)

- GenAI / LLM integrations

- Kafka / Event-driven architecture

- Pega / Camunda certifications
