Role Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Enterprise Architect with strong experience in portfolio analysis, application discovery, and architecture documentation to support the rollout of LeanIX across international business units. The focus is on identifying and analyzing Business Managed Applications (BMAs), supporting the discovery process, and ensuring architecture artifacts are well maintained within LeanIX.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the discovery and intake of Business Managed Applications (BMAs).

- Conduct interviews and collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to understand application portfolios, technical components, and dependencies.

- Document architecture views in LeanIX including Fact Sheets, interfaces, and lifecycle information.

- Analyze current application landscape and identify rationalization or remediation opportunities.

- Coordinate with central architecture and IT teams to align on data quality and architecture governance standards.

- Drive workshops and support onboarding of international users into LeanIX.

- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations or data imports into LeanIX where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT portfolio management, or solution design roles

- Familiarity with LeanIX or similar EA tools (e.g., Alfabet, Mega, ADOIT)

- Understanding of application lifecycle, metadata management, and architecture principles

- Ability to structure and communicate architecture findings and documentation clearly

- Hands-on experience with Excel-based templates, architecture reporting, and stakeholder presentations

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in cross-country contexts

Nice to Have :

- LeanIX Admin or Practitioner-level experience

- Exposure to Azure, integration patterns, or .NET environments
