Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Architects to support enterprise-wide architecture and solution design initiatives. This role spans both enterprise and solution architecture responsibilities and requires active participation in architecture governance, definition of reference architecture and standards, and hands-on solutioning for critical business, digital, and operational initiatives.

The architect will work across IT, digital, infrastructure, and OT environments, collaborating closely with business, engineering, platform, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) and other architecture governance forums

- Define and maintain reference architectures, architecture principles, and design guidelines

- Develop target-state architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy

- Design end-to-end solution architectures for complex and high-impact projects

- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise standards, security, scalability, and resilience requirements

- Provide architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecyclefrom design to implementation

- Evaluate technology options and recommend best-fit platforms and patterns

- Collaborate with business, digital, engineering, infrastructure, and OT teams

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong experience across multiple technology domains, including :

1. Cloud platforms : Primarily Microsoft Azure, with exposure to GCP

2. Network and infrastructure architecture : on-prem, hybrid, connectivity, and foundational security

3. Software architecture : microservices, APIs, domain-driven design, event-driven systems

4. Integration architecture : APIs, middleware, ESB/iPaaS, messaging and event streaming

5. Data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems

6. OT / IoT architectures : device integration, edge computing, industrial platforms (experience preferred)

- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance, and reliability

- Ability to translate business and operational needs into scalable technology architectures

- Experience working in complex, multi-vendor and multi-platform environments

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience in large enterprises or complex operating environments

- Knowledge of relevant business and operational domains

- Exposure to hybrid ITOT landscapes

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF practical application preferred)

- Experience working in agile or product-centric delivery models
