Role : Engineering Manager Full Stack (Backend Focus)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications powering our supply chain and internal platforms. This role requires strong full stack expertise with a deeper focus on backend systems and architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack engineers

- Drive design and development of scalable backend systems and APIs

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of web applications across frontend and backend

- Define system architecture for distributed, high-performance platforms

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to deliver reliable solutions

- Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity

- Establish best practices in development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

- Guide technical decision-making across backend, frontend, and infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with full stack development exposure

- Strong experience in backend development (Python/Node.js/ or similar)

- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)

- Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed architecture

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Proven experience in team leadership and delivery ownership

Good to Have :

- Experience building ERP, order management, inventory, or supply chain systems

- Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)

- Understanding of high-scale transaction systems or e-commerce platforms
