Description :
- Provide Level 3 operational support for advanced network troubleshooting and performance issues
- Manage incident, change, problem, event, and request processes related to network services
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Develop, maintain, and update network documentation, standards, and operational
procedures
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver
consultative network solutions
- Support lifecycle management activities including upgrades, migrations, and end-of-life
replacements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices
Requirements / Qualifications :
Technical Skills (Required) :
- Expertise in data-center networking using Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms
- In-depth knowledge of firewall technologies, ACLs, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPNs, and packet analysis
- Experience with load balancers such as F5, NetScaler, A10, or AVI
Preferred Skills :
- Understanding of Cisco ACI and VMware NSX-T architectures
- Exposure to public cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or PCNSE
General Qualifications :
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team-based environments
