Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, platform configuration, integrations, and technical leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural best practices.

- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and implementation across Salesforce projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.

- Evaluate business processes and recommend Salesforce capabilities to improve operational efficiency.

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities, configuration, and custom development.

- Define data models, security architecture, sharing rules, access controls, and role hierarchies.

- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.

- Provide technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, performance optimization practices, and security guidelines.

- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, solution validation, and deployment planning.

- Define strategies for data migration, data quality, system performance, and environment management.

- Oversee deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and change management processes.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Mentor developers and technical teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Stay updated on Salesforce platform capabilities, product releases, and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, technical consulting, or solution architecture.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and its standard capabilities.

- Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.

- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and platform configuration.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, validation rules, and automation.

- Experience with Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.

- Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and external systems.

- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, performance optimization, and scalable application design.

- Experience with data migration, data management, and deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle management, version control, and CI/CD processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other middleware and integration platforms.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX.

- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and cloud-based integration patterns.

- Experience leading technical teams and managing multiple Salesforce implementations.
