Ensar Solutions - Power Automate Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that streamline business processes across departments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, and a working knowledge of Power Apps as a complementary skill.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows - mandatory).

- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, different types applications(web, mainframe, Java based) and other Microsoft 365 services.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Monitor and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and error handling.

- Develop custom connectors and manage API integrations where required.

- Document technical specifications, user guides, and support materials.

- Support and enhance Power Apps applications as needed.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows/RPA).

- Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel Online integrations.

- Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and HTTP connectors.

- Basic to intermediate experience in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

- Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.

- Experience with RPA tools, AI Builder, or Power BI integration.

- Background in business process automation, workflow design, or low-code development
