Ensar Solutions - Lead/Senior Test Engineer - VisionPLUS

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as a Test Lead and a Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in VisionPLUS, a leading card and payments processing platform.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in testing and supporting card management systems and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure product quality.

- Collaborate with development and functional teams for system analysis, issue resolution, and production support.

- Perform end-to-end testing of card management processes, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

- Support defect management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fixes.

- Analyze transaction processing flows including authorization, settlement, and dispute management to validate system functionality.

- Configure and validate credit card lifecycle management rules, such as credit limits, interest calculation, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency handling.

- Provide leadership (for Test Lead role) by mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to testing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Mainframe technologies.

- Deep understanding of card management systems covering credit, debit, and prepaid card processing.

- Strong knowledge of transaction processing workflows such as authorization, settlement, and dispute resolution.

- Experience with system analysis, development testing, and providing production support.

- Hands-on experience with credit card lifecycle management, including configuration of rules for credit

limits, interest, fees, payment hierarchies, and delinquency management.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
