Role : Director of IT Infrastructure

The Director of IT Infrastructure is hands-on role that will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of the company's IT infrastructure.


This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Global IT infrastructure management, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

What you will do

- Leadership & Strategy : Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Infrastructure Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Inculcate metrics-driven outcomes to enhance user experience.

- Champion Productivity & User Experience : Drive employee & customer productivity by implementing optimal use of Productivity Platforms like Microsoft Office, AI Platforms, & Service Delivery.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of IT systems and data. Design & Implement best practices for cybersecurity and data protection in partnership with the security team.

- Budget Management : Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.

- Vendor Management : Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity : Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure operational resilience.

- Innovation & Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in for IT infrastructure & Employee Productivity.

- Stakeholder Management : Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders & executives in Engineering, Manufacturing, CyberSecurity and IT Applications. Ensure key visible events are provided with a high degree of support and planning.

Who you are and What you bring

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in network and server management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ITIL processes and Productivity/AI tools.

- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Certifications : Relevant certifications are a plus.
