As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of assigned modules, taking full end-to-end ownership and leading automation initiatives.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated test frameworks using Python and JavaScript, while leveraging AI-driven automation techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Engage early in the product lifecycle, contributing to user story creation and refinement.

- Participate in sprint planning and refinement sessions to estimate, prioritize, and validate stories.

- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.

- Collaborate with product owners and developers to review test cases before execution.

- Ensure optimal test coverage for business-critical functionalities.

- Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive timely resolution.

- Validate user stories against acceptance criteria and provide QA sign-off.

- Contribute to release planning and publish release notes for new features and fixes.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and automation.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and help evolve QA methodologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science.

- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on AI-driven automation.

- Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks for API, Web, and Mobile applications.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of software testing principles and best practices.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven testing approaches is a strong plus.

- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are an added advantage
