Description :

QA Engineer with 25 years of experience in manual and automation testing, preferably in

SaaS or Telecom applications, to support end-to-end testing and release activities.

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and execute test cases & scenarios

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing

- Log and track defects using JIRA / Azure DevOps

- Perform API testing (Postman) and basic DB validation

- Support release validation and production sanity

- Execute and maintain automation scripts

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in manual testing

- Hands-on exposure to automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)

- Knowledge of SDLC & STLC

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

- Good communication and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- SaaS / Telecom domain experience

- SQL basics and CI/CD exposure
