Engro Technologies - Frontend Lead

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Frontend Lead who can own frontend architecture and build AI-powered user experiences(intelligent UI, recommendations, copilots, automation-driven UX).

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect scalable frontend systems and design frameworks

- Build AI-integrated UX (chat interfaces, recommendations, smart workflows)

- Work with AI/ML team to integrate model outputs into UI

- Optimize frontend for performance and real-time interactions

- Define reusable component systems and UI standards

AI Expectations :

- Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.) into frontend workflows

- Ability to design AI-driven UX (chatbots, copilots, suggestions)

- Understanding of streaming responses, async UI updates, and prompt-driven flows

Must-Have Skills :

- React / Next.js / TypeScript

- Performance optimization & system design

- Experience with complex dashboards or SaaS platforms
