Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about driving enterprise-wide planning transformation? Join us to lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM tools), optimize planning processes, and deliver strategic engineering initiatives in a highly collaborative environment.

What Youll Do :

- Manage full lifecycle of Adaptive Planning implementation requirements, design, go-live & hypercare

- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement & HR teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Drive Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement & structured change management

- Facilitate workshops, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones

- Support user training, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For :

- Proven experience in Adaptive Planning (Workday) or other EPM tool implementations

- Strong project management skills delivering enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects

- Experience working with vendors & implementation partners

- Knowledge of Workday ecosystem (HCM, Financials) & workforce planning

- Familiarity with Agile delivery and change management best practices
