- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery of product features and platform initiatives.

- Own technical execution, architecture, and system design decisions for your team's domain.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and execution plans.

- Foster a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, collaboration, code quality, and operational excellence.

- Recruit, interview, and onboard exceptional engineering talent as the organization scales.

- Improve engineering processes, development workflows, CI/CD practices, and team productivity.

- Ensure services are reliable, observable, and scalable through monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.

- Guide teams through design reviews, technical planning, production incidents, and postmortems.

- Champion engineering best practices including testing, documentation, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- 1 - 3+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams.

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, distributed systems, and software architecture.

- Hands-on experience building and operating large-scale production systems.

- Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as :
