Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for an Engineering Manager specializing in AI, RPA, and SaaS for a Client of HumanAlpha.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, overseeing software development projects, integrating various technologies, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Day-to-day tasks include engineering management, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Role Overview :
Technical leader who leverages AI, RPA, and advanced database management for automation, speed, and quality optimization in SaaS product development.
Drive engineering excellence through intelligent tooling, robotic process automation, and data-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
AI-Powered Engineering :
- Implement AI-driven code generation, testing, and deployment automation.
- Integrate AI tools for code review, bug detection, and quality assurance.
- Optimize development workflows using machine learning insights.
RPA & Process Automation :
- Design and deploy robotic process automation for repetitive development tasks.
- Build intelligent CI/CD pipelines with RPA-enhanced workflows.
- Automate data migration, testing, and deployment processes using RPA tools.
Database Management & Optimization :
- Architect and optimize database systems for high-performance SaaS applications.
- Implement automated database monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Design data warehouses and analytics pipelines for business intelligence.
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead engineering teams on AI, RPA, and database optimization adoption.
- Drive technical decision-making and scalable architecture planning.
- Foster innovation culture with automation-first development approaches.
- 7+ years software engineering with 3+ years management experience.
- Proven track record building scalable SaaS products with complex databases.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and RPA implementation.
Technical Skills :
- AI Development Tools: GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, CodeT5, DeepCode.
- RPA Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate.
- Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP with AI/ML and database services.
- DevOps & Automation: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
Specialized Expertise :
- Database optimization: Query tuning, indexing, sharding, replication.
- Data engineering: ETL pipelines, data warehousing, real-time processing.
- RPA development: Bot creation, workflow automation, process mining.
- AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
