Position: Engineering Manager (React Native Architect Level)

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager for a reputed product based client, who will lead and deliver high-quality mobile solutions using React Native.

While the title is Manager, this is a highly technical, architect-level role where youll spend about 80% of your time designing, developing, and reviewing code, and 20% guiding and mentoring the team.

You will be the technical authority for mobile architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability, while also fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years in React Native.

- Proven experience in architecting large-scale mobile applications.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile design patterns, and modern front-end practices.

- Solid understanding of native Android and iOS development concepts.

- Hands-on experience integrating APIs, third-party SDKs, and working with mobile CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Prior experience in leading teams (technical guidance + people management).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
