About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled - Engineering Manager- with strong hands-on experience in - Full Stack Development (Python, Django, React)- and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the technical team, driving scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver end-to-end product solutions.

- Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture planning and technical design (HL & LL Design).

- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects following best coding and design practices.

- Contribute actively to system design, code reviews, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills :

- Team Leadership : Proven experience in leading engineering teams.

- Full Stack Expertise :

1. Backend : Python, Django

2. Frontend : React.js

3. Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.

4. Cloud Platforms : AWS, etc.

- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and architecture principles (HL & LL design).

Good to Have

- Experience in working with startups or product-based environments.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
