Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams specializing in C#/.NET application development, AI-driven solutions, and Oracle/JDE ERP systems.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor engineering teams across C#/.NET, AI/ML, and Oracle/JDE ERP domains.

- Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to define technical roadmaps.

- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI capabilities with enterprise ERP systems.

- Oversee ERP customizations, upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise applications.

- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.

- Manage stakeholder communication, project timelines, and resource allocation.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ERP, and enterprise software.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong background in C#/.NET development with enterprise-scale applications.

- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI).

- Hands-on experience with Oracle/JDE ERP modules, customization, and integration.

- 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in managing cross-functional global teams.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery methodologies.

- Certification in Oracle/JDE ERP or AI/ML technologies is a plus.
