Role Overview:

As an Engineering Manager, you will serve as the bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution, leading high-performing engineering teams to build scalable, robust software solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex products, ensuring that technical architecture aligns with long-term business goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leadership to define roadmaps, optimize development lifecycles, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and high-performance standards to ensure long-term team retention and technical capability.

- Oversee the full SDLC, implementing Agile methodologies to streamline development cycles and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of product features.

- Partner with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and system architectures.

- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to minimize deployment risks and accelerate time-to-market for critical business initiatives.

- Manage organizational change by introducing new technologies and workflows that improve system reliability and developer productivity.

- Architect scalable system solutions that meet current business demands while anticipating future growth and technical debt reduction.

- Monitor and report on delivery metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment between engineering output and organizational IT strategy.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams, with a proven track record of managing people through complex project lifecycles.

- Strong technical background in system architecture and software design, enabling you to act as a technical architect who can guide code reviews and design decisions.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical constraints and opportunities to non-technical leadership clearly.

- Proficiency in managing the end-to-end delivery of software products, including deep familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools and DevOps culture, ensuring that infrastructure and application development are tightly integrated.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in software development and management roles.
