What Youll Do:

- Lead engineering teams and own delivery outcomes

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability

- Promote CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices

- Handle incidents, RCA, and production readiness

- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams

- Adopt modern tools including AI-assisted development

Must-Have:

- 10+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in management

- Strong backend experience (Java, Spring Boot, microservices)

- Experience leading Agile teams end-to-end

- Hands-on with Docker, Git, AWS

- Strong stakeholder management and communication

- Proven track record of building high-performing teams

Nice-to-Have:

- Frontend exposure (React, Angular)

- DevOps and Terraform experience

- Secure coding and GDPR knowledge

- Experience with AI/LLM tools in development workflow
