Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing software engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background along with proven people management and delivery leadership experience.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for technical strategy, team leadership, project execution, and ensuring engineering excellence across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of 10+ software engineers.

- Drive end-to-end software delivery across multiple projects.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Define technical roadmaps and engineering best practices.

- Mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high engineering standards.

- Oversee application architecture, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and project execution.

- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

1. Must Have :

- Strong software engineering background in .NET, Java, React, or similar enterprise technologies.

- Experience with Azure cloud platform.

- Strong understanding of SQL databases.

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Team leadership experience managing 10+ engineers.

- Strong project planning and delivery management.

2. Good to Have :

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.

- Cloud-native architecture.

- Microservices.

- AI/ML or Agentic AI exposure.

- Engineering metrics and performance management.

Experience :

- 10+ years of software engineering experience.

- Proven experience managing engineering teams of 10 or more members.

- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale software projects.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience leading distributed engineering teams is preferred.

- Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS) are an added advantage.
