Requirements :

- Experience in product engineering or R&D, and technical leadership or people management.

- 10 + years of professional experience in software engineering (coding, software development).

- Strong programming experience in Python or another object-oriented language.

- Proficiency in Linux and Bash scripting.

- Deep understanding of the client-server model and secure backend architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

- Experience with Docker and cloud-native deployment strategies.

- Understanding of key security concepts and best practices for backend services.

- Experience with industrial protocols and messaging brokers (e.g., MQTT).

- Ability to process and interpret large-scale log data.

- Strong foundation in SQL, algorithms, and system design.

- Experience with AIoT technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision) and large-scale IoT device management.
