Description :

- At least 3 Years of experience Leading or Managing a team of 10+ engineers for Cloud based full stack streaming solutions development & enhancement.

- Lead SCRUM team with SCRUM process

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, WebRTC).

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of MVC and stateless APIs & building RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration skills.

- Start-up experience is a plus.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Related field

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead and supervise the tasks and deliverables of individual teams.

- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.

- Establish best practices for cloud security, data management, and streaming protocols.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.

- Assist with the coordination of projects, gathering requirements, identifying project vision, and developing project schedules.

- Work with engineers, product and management to maintain project schedules and to supervise, influence, and direct progress.

- Work with to handle project risk, develop mitigation plans, and raise decisions & unresolved issues.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Perform code reviews and sanity checks for the code developed.

- Demonstrate professional engineering practices including alignment to coding standards, producing design documentation, and supporting integration.
