As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems using Go.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Go engineers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

- Drive the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and efficient systems using Go, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and develop realistic project timelines.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing.

- Proactively identify and address technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities, ensuring the stability and security of our platform.

- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable, distributed systems using Go (Golang).

- Deep understanding of Go programming language, including concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization.

- Strong proficiency with frameworks like GIN.

- Solid understanding of system design principles, including microservices architecture, API design, and database design.
